LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Give tree poisoners maximum penalty
The thought that a person would destroy public property so that they could get a few more degrees on what is already a magnificent view is sickening.
That's not even considering possible erosion in this extremely steep area. I would like to see this person face the maximum jail time that the law allows for this felony crime.
For residents that don't have 1 million++ for a house, the trees in the park are part of OUR view, truly elitism at its best.
