Local author M.J. Ryan will discuss her latest book "AdaptAbility: How to survive change you didn't ask for". She will present strategies to not just survive, but thrive through times of change and upheaval.
Ryan is one of the creators of the "Random Acts of Kindness" series, and author of "The Happiness Makeover" and "Attitudes of Gratitude."
