Democratic Club meets Aug. 25
Ellis Goldberg, chair of the Tri-Valley Democratic Club, will present on "Restoring Democracy to California -- A Sane Approach to Budgets and Revenue," and photojournalist Dale Mead will present on "AB 583, the California Fair Elections Act," to share urgent information with our membership at the August meeting of the El Cerrito Democratic Club. The meeting will be convened at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, in Fellowship Hall, El Cerrito United Methodist Church, 6830 Stockton Avenue (at Richmond Avenue), El Cerrito, CA 94530. Doors will open at 6 p.m., and light refreshments will be available, as well as pizza for $4 per person.
